1. Consultation Services
At SAG Consultants, we offer initial consultation sessions free of charge to help clients understand their immigration options and our service offerings. Since no fee is collected for these sessions, the question of refunds does not apply. However, we request clients to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to cancel or reschedule a consultation, as a courtesy to our team and other clients.

2. Service Fee Refunds
Refunds for service fees are only applicable under specific circumstances, and at the sole discretion of SAG Consultants. Refund requests must meet the following criteria:

  1. The service has not yet commenced or no significant processing work has been done.
  2. The client has submitted a written refund request within 7 days of payment.
  3. The refund is not restricted by a signed agreement or specific service terms.

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  1. If the client decides to discontinue the process after work has begun.
  2. If false or incomplete information was provided by the client.
  3. If the visa or immigration application is rejected by the government authorities for reasons beyond our control.
  4. If there are delays caused by external agencies such as embassies, immigration offices, or third-party service providers.

3. Application Fees and Government Charges
Payments made to third parties such as embassies, visa offices, educational institutions, or other government bodies are non-refundable under any circumstance. These include, but are not limited to:

  1. Visa application fees
  2. Evaluation charges
  3. Translation or document certification fees
  4. Courier and postage charges

4. Mode of Refund
If a refund is approved:

  1. It will be processed via the original method of payment.
  2. Refunds will be issued within 10-15 business days from the date of approval.
  3. Applicable bank or transaction charges (if any) may be deducted.

5. Policy Updates
SAG Consultants reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. We recommend clients review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
